2. Cayenne Pepper
When you mention cayenne pepper to most people then the first thing they will think of is the use of cayenne pepper as a spice or flavouring that’s used primarily in food – how many dishes can you think of that are spiced by using cayenne pepper? How many things just go down better with a little sprinkling of cayenne pepper right over it – including a great, healthy salad?
We can think of a lot of uses for cayenne pepper to mention here, but we can be almost sure that you didn’t think of this one. Cayenne pepper can also help to relax the muscles, and if you are able to mix a tiny amount of cayenne pepper into a cream then you should be able to apply it for inflammation to your joints and muscles –but remember that you definitely do not want to touch your eyes after you do this.
