4. Food Additives
Food isn’t what it used to be: And this isn’t just metaphorically or nostalgic, but literally. The food we eat today contains more preservatives, additives, and artificial colorants and sweeteners than ever before in history – and a lot of this has led to mankind becoming an increased cancer risk as a result of what we’ve done to our nutrition.
If you eat food that contains more artificial sugars, sweeteners, preservatives and other unhealthy ingredients that your body can’t process or handle in the long term, you’re increasing your cancer risk by default – and other factors that have been mentioned on this list can also increase your risk even further.
Instead of reaching for the type of foods and dietary things that can increase your cancer risk, just change a few things to your diet and you’ll decrease your cancer risk – and likely feel better. If you’ve already been diagnosed with such a cancer, do the same for the betterment of your health.
