4. Pain When Urinating
If you experience any kind of pain or discomfort when urinating, it’s likely something that can be tracked down to a routine bladder issue when it isn’t something more serious like an STD – but if you experience either repeated bladder infections or gradually more symptoms it’s time to have yourself checked for a range of conditions that includes gonorrhea.
The pain that’s associated with a gonorrhea infection is most commonly described as a burning sensation, although pain is subjectively experienced and it might manifest differently for someone else.
Other symptoms might be associated together with pain, although this isn’t always the case.
Due to the variety of factors that can cause pain while urinating, see your doctor as soon as possible to establish which one of them causes your symptoms. Where it’s mixed with a discharge, it’s likely owing to an STD.
