4. An Enlarged Uterus
The uterus is the part of the female body designed to carry the fetus to term, and there are some types of uterine cancer that can affect the uterus only; uterine cancer can refer to several types of cancer, including of the womb (i.e. uterus) or any number of other parts of the reproductive system – and so there are a lot of associated symptoms depending on which body part is most affected.

An enlarged uterus is something that can usually only be spotted during a sonar or pelvic exam, and it’s part of why it’s so vitally important to ensure you get to the doctor at least once every six months to make sure everything is in working order – even if you consider yourself in perfect health.
