3. Breathing Issues
Since you’re not getting the usual amount of oxygen, you’re not going to be able to breathe properly either. When you’re healthy, the oxygen you breathe in is conveyed to your heart, muscles, etc. When the red blood cells aren’t there or not working properly, the oxygen benefits aren’t given to your body.
As a result, the slightest exertion may result in your breath giving out and even the onset of a headache. The headache is also the result of low oxygen levels. In fact, strenuous activities could make you get into overdrive mode, which could lead to burnouts, fainting spells, and worse. It is imperative that a child who develops headaches after a sports lesson or playing around be taken to the doctor as soon as possible. In fact, if anyone gets short of breath or develops tired headaches very often could be at risk of anemia.
