3. Diarrhea
Many people who have abdomen pain also have diarrhea. The abdomen often hurts before diarrhea appears. Some people feel like they have severe cramps in their abdomen and others may experience a dull pain. It’s normal to feel some discomfort in the abdomen while experiencing diarrhea.
While it’s normal to experience occasional bouts of diarrhea, if diarrhea lasts for more than a couple days or if it’s bloody or becomes a chronic problem it could be a sign that there is something more serious going on in the body. There are certain foods that can cause diarrhea and these foods can vary from person to person.
If you find a food that causes diarrhea every time you eat it, you may have a food allergy and should avoid eating that food. Irritable bowels syndrome, Chron’s disease, and other digestive health problems can cause diarrhea and may require medical treatment.
